Delivery times

The products are shipped in 24 hours.

Shipping is free for EU countries.

Shipment times depend on the final destination and last between 24 hours and 72 hours.

Costs and methods of shipment

Our shipping management partner will be at your disposal to follow your bag via the link you will receive per e-mail.

For purchases in countries outside the EU, please contact us by choosing “Extra EU Shopping” topic on the form.

Restrictions on shipments

We do not sent to P.O. boxes and Poste restante addresses.


All our shipments are insured against theft and damage. The insurance cover is valid until the delivery to the address of destination. Once the receipt for reception has been signed, you, or the person who signed the receipt for collection, are responsible for the order.

If, on delivery, the parcel is damaged, we advise you to accept it with reserve. If you need help, you can contact our Customer Care department.

FAQ - Shipments

When are the deliveries made?

The deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, with the exclusion of public holidays. The courier will make two attempts to deliver and each time we will send you an e-mail with the instructions on what to do to get your bag; after the second attempt, the order will return to our warehouse.


Can I change the address of delivery once I have confirmed an order?

As the purchasing system is automated, once the order has been confirmed, we cannot  re-address the orders to an address other than the one given at the time of purchase. Therefore, please make sure you have given an address where you will be at the time of delivery  according to the delivery times specified.


Can I choose the day and/or time of delivery?

Unfortunately not, it is not possible to choose a specific time or day.


How can I track an order?

You can check the status of your order and track the shipment at any time. Open the email you received for shipping confirmation and click the link indicated.

I haven’t received the order yet

If the order has not been delivered within the estimated time, we suggest you check the status of the order. If you are a registered user, just access the My orders  section in your account. If you are not registered, open the link that we gave you in the email of confirmation of shipment.

Check that the address you gave for delivery is correct as well.

If, on the other hand, you received a non-delivery e-mail, you can reply to the e-mail for more support.
